Colleen Eitzen FAQ's
We ship throughout South Africa. At this time, Colleen Eitzen Designs does not ship to bordering countries or international destinations.
Orders generally arrive within 5-7 business days.
Swimwear: For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept swimwear returns within 7 days of receipt. To ensure it meets our standards, please try on all swimwear over undergarments. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any items returned outside of this period or without adherence to the try-on policy will not be accepted.
Outerwear: Outerwear can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Please note that Diners Club and American Express are not accepted.
