We ship throughout South Africa. At this time, Colleen Eitzen Designs does not ship to bordering countries or international destinations.

We offer standard shipping, with delivery typically taking 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and free shipping is available on orders over R3000.

Swimwear: For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept swimwear returns within 7 days of receipt. To ensure it meets our standards, please try on all swimwear over undergarments. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any items returned outside of this period or without adherence to the try-on policy will not be accepted.

Outerwear: Outerwear can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Returns are processed within 30 days at the discretion of Colleen Eitzen Designs.
