Refund policy
Thanks for shopping with Colleen Eitzen Designs! Every effort goes into preserving the quality and service that are synonymous with our name. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return most items. For swimwear, we kindly ask that you try items on over undergarments to respect hygiene practices. Swimwear can be returned within 7 days if it doesn’t fit or there’s another issue. To begin the return process, please log your return on the website.
Please note that you can return the item provided:

The product is undamaged and unused and in the original packaging

The product is not missing any accessories or parts – eg a belt
Please note:

Swimwear and jewellery for piercings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Promotional products may not be returned (unless there is a defect on the product)

If an exchange is requested you will be required to pay the courier cost.

Products purchased on this e-commerce site may only be returned on this website, and not at any other outlet where Colleen Eitzen products are sold.
We will collect the product from you. The courier may refuse to transport a product, which is not properly packaged. Once we have inspected the product and validated the return, we will credit your account within 14 working days. The return might be refused if the product is damaged, missing components, and not in a re-saleable condition.
Availability:
The provision of goods and services by Colleen Eitzen Designs CC is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Colleen Eitzen Designs CC will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 2,5% administration fee.
Exchanges:
Exchanges can take place provided that the same product is available at the same price as the original purchase price. Failing this, and provided the product is still in its original condition, we will refund your account within 14 working days.
Incorrect or damaged product delivered:
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product, if it does not match what was on the website, or if it is damaged at the point of delivery, we will uplift the product, for either an exchange or a full refund. Please notify us by logging a return on the website.
Defective goods:
A defective item is where there is a material flaw, which renders the purchased items to be unacceptable at the point of delivery.
The following aspects are not deemed to be of a defective nature:

Damage arising from alterations to the product after delivery

All defective goods returned without all of their components may not be fully refunded

If you fail to comply with the policy of returns you will be liable for courier charges.
